No. PB-2016-101 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Lucy May Mathis, a/k/a Lucille May Mathis, a/k/a Lucille Mae Mathis, Deceased, that on this date, Crystal Derebery produced and filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Crystal Derebery, the Personal Representative named in said Will. Said Petition further prays that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined with respect to waiver procedures as provided by the applicable statutes of the State of Oklahoma.
