Case No. PB-2015-238 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING FOR FINAL ACCOUNT AND ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION TO: ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATES OF BENJAMIN EDWARD SHOCKLEY, deceased: You are hereby notified that the hearing of the Final Account of the administration of said estate, distribution of said estate, and for final discharge Jeri Shockley, Personal Representative, has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 22 day of February, 2016, at 8:30 oclock A.M. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition in Courtroom No. 2S of the District Court, Probate Division at the Cleveland County Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs Benjamin Edward Shockley, Deceased, determined, said estates distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged. In an order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors combined with Notice of Hearing for Final Account and Order of Distribution.
