(Published in The Norman Transcript January 21, 28, 2016, 2t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that Architectural Design Group, as Program Manager, will receive and open sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials for the complete construction of an Independent School District No. 29 of Cleveland County, Oklahoma (Norman Public Schools) Bond Project: 2014 Bond Issue Telecommunications Infrastructure Updates Bid Package B and C in the office of the Norman Public Schools, 131 S. Flood Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma 73069 until 2:00 p.m. on the 11th day of February, 2016. Bids shall be opened and read aloud at the above stated time or as soon thereafter as practicable. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids shall be made in accordance with this Notice to Bidders and the bidding documents which are on file and available for examination at the office of the Norman Public Schools Director of Central Services, 425 12th Avenue NE, Norman, Oklahoma. Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Administrative Services Center, 131 South Flood, Norman, Oklahoma, and bidders will tour the facilities with representatives of the Engineer and the Program Manager. Additional information is contained in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must carefully read the Bidding Documents, and all addenda, if any, prior to bidding this project.
