CV-2016-2761 NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that on October 18, 2016, the Applicant, RHONDA TROWER, filed herein a verified Application and Petition to vacate a building line in Lots Eighty (80), Eighty-one (81) and a strip of land 10 feet wide off of the South side of Lot Eighty-two (82), in Block Four (4), of THE STATE UNIVERSITY ADDITION, to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof; And the North 15 feet of Lot Eighty-two (82) and All of Lots Eighty-three (83) and Eighty-four (84), in Block Four (4), of THE STATE UNIVERSITY ADDITION, to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. (the Subject Property). Said Application and Petition will be presented to Judge J. Virgin in the District Court of Cleveland County, Norman, Oklahoma, at 1:30 pm on December 5, 2016, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard. Any owner of any land within 300 feet of the Subject Property, or the municipality, county or holder of a franchise or special right or privilege, or any person, firm or corporation claiming any interest or right in and to the Subject Property may appear and oppose and resist the Petition to foreclose the right to reopen. Any party who desires to appear and oppose and resist the requested vacation must file, at least five (5) days prior to the date set for said hearing, a verified answer showing the grounds therefor, and a copy of the answer must be mailed to the Applicants attorney on the day the answer is filed, all pursuant to 11 O.S. § 42-103(D).
