NO: CV-2016-2601 W CASE NO. CV-2016-2601 W PUBLICATION NOTICE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: HICKORY HILLS LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC. You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CV-2016-2601 W, styled “VICTOR E. COLLETT, et al., Plaintiffs, vs. TINA ARCHER, et al., Defendants,” alleging that Plaintiffs are the owners of the fees simple title to, and are in the actual, open, quiet and peaceful possession of the following described premises situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY: Lots Thirteen (13), and Fourteen (14), of HICKORY HILLS AIRPARK, an Addition to Cleveland County, Oklahoma, a tract of land that is part of the SW1/4 of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eight (8) North, Range One (1) East of the I.B.M., according to the recorded plat thereof. and acquired their interest thereto by virtue of Quitclaim Deed, recorded in Book 4265, Page 6, and by Quitclaim Deed, recorded in Book 5465, Page 505, records of the Cleveland County Clerk. Said Plaintiffs’ Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property, adverse to the Plaintiffs, which constitutes a cloud on the title to the above-described real property; and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property. You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 25 day of November, 2016, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, adjudging that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property and a decree quieting title on said real property will be entered in favor of Plaintiffs.
