COLLETT, et al., Plaintiffs, vs. TINA ARCHER, et al., Defendants, alleging that Plaintiffs are the owners of the fees simple title to, and are in the actual, open, quiet and peaceful possession of the following described premises situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY: Lots Thirteen (13), and Fourteen (14), of HICKORY HILLS AIRPARK, an Addition to Cleveland County, Oklahoma, a tract of land that is part of the SW1/4 of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eight (8) North, Range One (1) East of the I.B.M., according to the recorded plat thereof. and acquired their interest thereto by virtue of Quitclaim Deed, recorded in Book 4265, Page 6, and by Quitclaim Deed, recorded in Book 5465, Page 505, records of the Cleveland County Clerk.
