(Published in The Norman Transcript September 14, 2016, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Southcreek Petroleum Company, L.L.C., the owners of the oil and gas mineral lease in the hereinafter described property, have applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 1508(c) of Chapter 13 (Oil, Gas & Mineral Production) of the City of Norman, to wit: A Variance from the requirement to install fencing around the well and tank battery for two wells. Said Variance is requested for the following property: Oil and gas well and associated equipment located 1) in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 8 North, Range 1 West; and 2) in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 9 North, Range 3 West of the Indian Meridian, Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Notice is hereby given that said Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing and render its decision on said Variance on the 28th day of September, 2016, at 4:30 p.m. in Conference Room D of the Norman Municipal Building at 201-A West Gray Street, Norman, Oklahoma, at which time and place any and all persons may appear and protest or support said request.
