(Published in The Norman Transcript September 14, 2016, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Immanuel Baptist Church, the owners of the hereinafter described property, have applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 431.4 (1)(d) of Chapter 22 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Norman, to wit: A Variance of 45% to the Exterior Appearance standards requiring 80% masonry for a new storage building.
