(Published in The Norman Transcript February 11, 18, 2016, 2t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS INVITATION TO BID NUMBER 1516-29 Notice is hereby given that City of Norman, hereinafter called the Owner, will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Controller, Purchasing Division, City of Norman, 201 West Gray Street, Norman, Oklahoma 73070, until 2:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of March, 2016. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked wit h the following statement: WEST MAIN STREET 900 FEET EAST OF 48th AVENUE WEST ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE PROJECT This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, and tools to perform all necessary labor, for the installation of a drainage system, water line, and new roadway. All bids must be submitted to the City Controller, Purchasing Division. All bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. at the location on the above said location and date.
