(Published in The Norman Transcript August 25, 26, 27, 2016, 3t) Flintco LLC, hereinafter called the Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma, an agency of the State of Oklahoma, hereinafter called the Owner, is seeking Firms qualified and capable of performing the Mechanical and Electrical work for the new Physics and Astronomy Building located on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus. Interested Contractors are invited to respond to this Request for Qualification (RFQ) by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the instructions, requirements and deadlines. All properly sealed and labeled SOQs will be received at Flintcos OKC office and reviewed by the prequalification committee to determine which trade contractors will be allowed to bid this project. Formalities of the prequalification process are outlined on the SOQ forms, which are available in the local plan rooms, the online plan services and at Triangle A&E. Subcontractors that fail to respond to this RFQ by the Submission Deadline and Subcontractors that have not been deemed prequalified by the Prequalification Committee at its sole discretion shall be automatically disqualified from bidding.
