No. PG-2013-186 NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given, that in pursuance of an Order of the District Court of Cleveland County made on the 18th day of August, 2016, in the Matter of the Guardianship of Mardell Daws, an incapacitated person, the Guardian of said Estate will sell, at private sale, to the highest bidder, subject to the confirmation by said District Court, on or after the 6 day of September, 2016, at 211 N. Robinson, Suite 800, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, all of the right, title and interest, including homestead interest, if any, in and to the real property hereinafter described, belonging to the Guardianship Estate of Mardell Daws, which property is described as follows: See attached Exhibit “A”. Bids must be in writing and may be left with the Guardian or her attorney Gerald E. Kelley, at 211 North Robinson, Suite 800, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102. Terms must be cash in full, or terms acceptable to the Guardian and the District Court of Cleveland County and in keeping with the Statutes of the State of Oklahoma.
