You have been sued by Petition alleging that the said Louise B. Amos now Walker died intestate on the 4th day of April, 2015, a resident of Cleveland County, seized of an estate of restricted property as more fully described in the Petition on file. The petition further alleges that there has been no administration of the estate of the said decedent; that decedents heirs have not been determined; that this Court has jurisdiction of said matter; that petitioner seeks determination of the death and heirship of said Louise B. Amos now Walker, deceased.
