The bid term will be from September 5, 2016 to March 4, 2017. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is part of the bid requirements. Bid documents with specifications may be picked up from the County Purchasing Department, located in Suite 250 at 201 S. Jones, Norman, Okla., between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, July 29, 2016 and will be opened 1:00 P.M., Monday, August 1, 2016, during the County Commissioners meeting held in Suite 200 at the above address.
