(Published in The Norman Transcript May 31, 2016, 1t) Town of Slaughterville 10701 US 77, Lexington, OK 73051 (405) 872-3000 Fax: (405) 872-0330 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Slaughterville Board of Adjustment at the Slaughterville Town Hall located at 10701 US 77, Slaughterville, Oklahoma, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2016. At that time, the Board of Adjustment will consider a request for a variance submitted by April Ryland and Stephen Simmons who request a variance for relief from the requirements of the Town of Slaughterville Code of Ordinances, Section 13-120 concerning manufactured housing. The property is located at 10301 US 77, Lot 553 in Slaughterville, Oklahoma. Legal Description: A tract of land being a part of the South Half (S?) of Section Seven (7), Township Seven (7) North, Range One (1) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE/Corner of said S1/2 of Section 7; thence North a distance of 83.11 feet to a point; thence N 55°42’49” W a distance of 2214.66 feet to the point of beginning, said point being on the North right of way line of State Highway 77, thence N 36°18’48” E a distance of 175.70 feet to a point; thence N 56°52’34” W a distance of 579.41 feet to a point; thence N 00°03’39” W a distance of 885.01 feet to a point; thence S 89°06’00” E a distance of 575.60 feet to a point; thence S 00°03’39’ E a distance of 1251.74 feet to a point; thence N 56°52’34” W a distance of 48.16 feet to a point; thence S 36°18’48” W a distance of 176.92 feet to a point; thence N 55°42’49” W a distance of 60.04 feet to the point of beginning. The purpose of this request is to allow a 1985 manufactured home to be placed on a rental lot in Noble Estates Mobile Home Park.
