A Non-Collusion Affidavit is part of the bid requirements Bid documents with specifications may be picked up from the County Purchasing Department, located at 201 S. Jones, Suite 250, Norman, OK, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, February 12, 2016, and will be opened 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 16, during the County Commissioners meeting held at 201 S.
