(Published in The Norman Transcript April 3, 2016, 1t) Public Notice Pursuant to 42 CFR §431.408, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is providing notice of its plan to submit an update to its current renewal application for the SoonerCare Choice and Insure Oklahoma 1115(a) waiver to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for the period January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2018. The waiver allows the state to offer managed care in a Primary Care Case Management (PCCM) model in which the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) contracts directly with providers throughout the state to provide SoonerCare Choice members a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and also to operate the Insure Oklahoma program. The demonstration provides additional services such as the health management program and health access networks. The renewal application requires approval from federal partners, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS,) to continue the SoonerCare Choice and Insure Oklahoma programs. Public meetings will be held at the following locations: • April 19, 2016 at 5:00p.m. at the OPQIC Oklahoma Perinatal Quality Improvement Collaborative Meeting, at the Stephenson Cancer Center, Fifth Floor Conference Room, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. Videoconferencing is also available at the OU College of Medicine, Tulsa; Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Enid; Eastern Oklahoma State University, Wilburton and Stillwater Medical Center. • May 19, 2016 at 1:00p.m. C.S.T. at the Medical Advisory Committee Meeting, in the Ed McFall Boardroom of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority 4345 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, Ok. The OHCA welcomes comments on the continuation of the SoonerCare Choice and Insure Oklahoma programs.
