The bid term will be from Bid award date through August 10, 2016. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is part of the bid requirements. Bid documents with specifications may be picked up from the County Purchasing Department, located at 201 S. Jones, Suite 250, Norman, Okla., between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, April 1, 2016 and will be opened 1:00 P.M., Monday, April 4, 2016, during the County Commissioners meeting held at 201 S. Jones, Suite 200, Norman, OK.
