(Published in The Norman Transcript March 25, 2016, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GLEN RAY PHILLIPS, Deceased. Case NO. PB-2016-91 NOTICE OF HEARING OF PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE TO SERVE WITHOUT BOND, DETERMINE HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY NOTICE is hereby given to the heirs, devisees and legatees of Glen Ray Phillips, Deceased (hereinafter called “Decedent”), that on the 22nd day of March, 2016, Delorse Fay Phillips (hereinafter called “Petitioner”) filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be a copy of the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent and also filed a Petition praying that (1) a date, time and place be fixed for hearing the Petition; (2) notice thereof be given as required by law; (3) upon the hearing thereof, that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of Decedent and any guardian or conservator of any minor or incompetent heir, devisee or legatee of the Decedent for purposes of filing waivers or consents herein as permitted by law; (4) the Court determine that the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent was duly executed and witnessed in accordance with law, was in existence and unrevoked at the time of the death of the Decedent; (5) the instrument dated October 2, 2007, be admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Glen Ray Phillips, Deceased; and (6) Letters Testamentary be issued to the Petitioner entitling the Petitioner to serve without bond. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 22nd day of March, 2016, notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of April, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. the Petition will be heard by the Honorable Judge Bonner in his Courtroom in the Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
