Case No. PB-2016-29 NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all heirs, legatees and devisees of Ronald William Holley, Jr., deceased, that on the 28th day of January, 2016, Katrina Susann Compton, produced and filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Holographic Last Will and Testament of Ronald William Holley, Jr., deceased, and she also filed Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue to Katrina Susann Compton, to serve as Personal Representative of this Estate, without bond, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 28th day of January, 2016, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 22nd day of February, 2016 at 8:30 o’clock a.m. has been appointed as the date and time for Hearing said Petition and proving said Will, before Judge Bonner in his/her courtroom in the Cleveland County Courthouse, 200 S. Peters, Norman, OK 73069, on the 22nd day of February, 2016 at 8;30 o’clock a.m., when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same. Dated this 28 day of January, 2016.
