Case No. CV-2016-620 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: RALPH EDWARD MARTIN, Deceased, and the Unknown Successors, Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of RALPH EDWARD MARTIN, Deceased The above-named Defendant will take notice that in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in the above-styled and numbered case, an action has been filed by Katherine Martin, also written as Kathy Martin, to quiet any right, title, or interest in and to the real property described hereinbelow which you have or may claim to have, and you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before May 6, 2016 or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly, adjudging and decreeing that the Plaintiff is the owner of, and that the Plaintiff is the actual owner of the legal and equitable title of the surface in fee simple of the following described property situated in Oklahoma as follows, to-wit: (the “Property”): The East Half (E/2) of Lot 23 and all of Lots 24 and 25, Block 75, to the Town of Lexington, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances, Ralph Edward Martin, Deceased, and the Unknown Successors, Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Ralph Edward Martin, Deceased, have no right, title, interest, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, or assessment in or to said hereinabove described real property, and a Decree quieting and confirming the Plaintiff’s title and possession thereto, as against said Defendant and his unknown successors, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns and forever barring and enjoining the Defendant and his unknown successors, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns from any and all right, title, estate, interest or equity of redemption in and to the said lands and premises, or any part thereof.
