PB-2015-260-B COMBINED NOTICE OF HEARING ON AMENDED PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY AND AMENDED APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Elizabeth Josephine Deeds, Deceased, that on the 10th day of March, 2016, the following documents were filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma: 1) an Amended Petition praying for the probate of said Estate, the approval of the issuance of Letters Testamentary to Phillip Deeds, as Personal Representative, a determination of the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees, and 2) an Amended Application praying for authorization to sell real property pursuant to the provisions of the Decedents Last Will and Testament; and that said Amended Petition and Amended Application will be heard before the Honorable Judge Stephen Bonner on the 21st day of March, 2016, at the hour of 8:30 oclock A.M. of said day, at the Cleveland County District Courthouse located at 200 S.
