Bidders proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. 4. Due to the complexity of this project, the successful contractors for each item will be notified within fifteen (15) days of the bid closing. Printed copies are available at the Bidders expense through RPG. Printed sets of plans and specifications, etc., will not be available from the Owner or Architect. The General Contractor, OMNI Construction, LLC, and/or the Board of Education, Moore Public Schools, District No. I-2, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The time period within which a contract will be executed following award to the successful bidder is fifteen (15) days.
