Case No.: CV-15-2330 Judge: TB NOTICE BY PUBLICATION TO: The above named Defendants, their Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, and Assigns: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition has been filed against you in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma in Case No. CV-15-2330, by the Plaintiff listed above. The nature of this suit against you is to quiet title in favor of the Plaintiff and against you in and to the property described as: 1. A part of the East Half (E/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) and the West Half (W/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Two (2), Township Nine (9) North, Range One (1) East of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point South 89º23’08” East 2310.00 feet and South 0º13’40” East 495.00 feet from Northwest Corner of the East Half (E/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of said Section; Thence South 89º23’08” East a distance of 310.29 feet; Thence South 0º09’45” East a distance of 165.00 feet; Thence North 89º23’08” West a distance of 310.11 feet; Thence North 0º13’40” West a distance of 165.00 feet to the point of beginning. AKA LOT 83 CLEAR CREEK ESTATES 2. That the Plaintiff claims title to the aforedescribed parcel by virtue of a County Resale Deed that is filed of record with the County Clerk of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma at Book 4881 Page 151. Unless you answer the petition on or before the 12 day of April, 2016, Judgment will be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against you quieting title in favor of the Plaintiff.
