JONES, their heirs, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Devisees, Successors and Assigns, Immediate or Remote whether known or unknown of JAMES E. JONES and MARYLN E. JONES, whether they be living or deceased. GREETING: You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CV-2016-561, wherein the heirs, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Devisees, Successors, and Assigns, Immediate or Remote, whether known or unknown of JAMES E. JONES and MARYLN E. JONES, their heirs, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Devisees, Successors and Assigns, Immediate or Remote whether known or unknown of JAMES E. JONES and MARYLN E. JONES, whether they be living or Deceased, are Defendants, and the Plaintiffs LINDA GEORGE alleges that she is the owner of the following described real property situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: A part of the North Half (N/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North, Range One (1) East of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point located on the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE/4), said point being 660 feet West of the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 15, for a point or Place of Beginning; Thence West along said North line a distance of 330 feet; Thence South and parallel to the East line of said Southeast Quarter (SE/4) a distance of 660.1 feet; Thence East and parallel to the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE/4) a distance of 330 feet; Thence North and Parallel to the East line of said Southeast Quarter (SE/4) a distance of 660.1 feet to the Point or Place of Beginning. And you, the said Defendants, are further notified that unless you answer said Petition of the Plaintiff filed herein against you on or before the 28 day of April, 2016, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered and a Decree quieting Plaintiff’s title to the above described property will be entered against each of you the said Defendants.
