The Court will hold a hearing on the 16 day of May, 2016, at 8:30 AM, at which time the Court will consider the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge. The following information is provided to interested parties: I. The decedent is named James Michael Robins. II. The decedent resided at 3751 Eagle Cliff Drive, #1511, Norman, OK 73072. III. The decedent died testate on July 15, 2015. IV. The total approximate value of the estate is $23,000. V. The Petitioner/Special Administrator is Tammy Lynn Crownover of Norman, OK. VI. The beneficiaries of the estate Tammy Lynn Crownover and Michael Harrell Robins, both of Norman, OK. Anyone objecting must file their objections to at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or that persons will be deemed to have waived any objections to the petition. If an objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the court will determine at the hearing whether the will attached to the petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed. All creditors having claims against the said deceased are required to present their claims, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the attorney for the Estate, Laura Stoabs at 1124 Bradford Pl.
