Heather Michele McMilland, and spouse of Heather Michele McMillan, if any. TAKE NOTICE that you, and each of you have been sued by the Plaintiffs, above-named and that you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on file in the above listed cause on or before the 3 day of March, 2016, or the allegations of the Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you, and each of you, foreclosing any interest you may have in the following described real estate situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma with the following legal description: A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Ten (10) North, Range One (1) West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma City, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 10; thence North 00º22’27” East a distance of 706.03 feet to a point; thence South 89º48’22” East a distance of 477.32 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 00º11’38” East a distance of 598.67 feet to a point; thence North 89º27’43” East a distance of 362.61 feet to a point; thence South 00º11”38” West a distance of 603.30 feet to a point; thence North 89º48’22” West a distance of 362.58 feet to the point of beginning. A/K/A Tract #6, ADOBE HILLS. For the amounts set forth in the Petition in the total sum of $38,423.00, plus interest accruing at the rate of $7.62 daily from July 1, 2015 until paid, costs and fees of this action, a reasonable attorney’s fees and any costs or sums advanced by the Plaintiffs or expended by the Plaintiffs for the preservation of the subject property that the Honorable Court may allow. In addition, judgment will be rendered for the Plaintiffs and the property may be ordered sold, after due appraisement, at the election of the Plaintiffs.
