You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CV-2016-388, alleging that Plaintiff is the owner of the fee simple title to, and is in the actual, open, quiet and peaceful possession of the following described premises situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY: Lot Fifteen (15), in Block Five (5), of CROSS TIMBERS ADDITION SECTION 2, to Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. Said Plaintiff’s Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property, adverse to Plaintiff’s, which constitutes a cloud on the title to the above-described real property; and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property.
