Case No. PB-2016-64 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW, AND WAIVER OF THE FILING OF AN INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Damon James Fontenot, also known as Damon J. Fontenot and Damon Fontenot (Deceased), that on the 1st day of March, 2016, Richard L. Thompson (Petitioner) filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Letters of Administration, Appointment of Administrator, Determination of Heirs-at-Law, and Waiver of the Filing of an Inventory and Appraisement (Petition) praying in part (i) that the Court determine the identity of all heirs-at-law of Deceased and any guardian or conservator of any minor or incompetent heir-at-law for the purposes of filing waivers or consents herein by any of such persons as permitted by law; (ii) that Letters of Administration be issued thereunder to Petitioner to serve as Administrator of Deceaseds Estate, without bond; and (iii) that the Court enter an order stating that the Administrator shall not be required to make and return to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the estate of Deceased. Pursuant to an order of the Court, notice is hereby given that Monday, the 28th day of March, 2016 at 8:30 a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition at the courtroom of the District Court in the County Courthouse in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
