Case No. PB-2016-48 CORRECTED COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: All persons interested in the Estate of Opal Ollie Harrison, Deceased. You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of February, 2016, the Petitioner, Marie McCord Knapp, filed in the District Court of Cleveland, an Application to Dispense with Regular Probate Proceedings. The Application alleged that Opal Ollie Harrison, age 77, died on May 14, 2002, domiciled in and residing at Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and that the total value of the decedents property in Oklahoma is less than $150,000.00. The Petitioner/Applicant has asked that this Court dispense with regular court proceedings and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the petition for distribution and discharge, pursuant to 58 O.S. § 241, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for Hearing upon the petition for distribution and discharge. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Opal Ollie Harrison, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Marie McCord Knapp, c/o Melvin L. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 11th day of April, 2016, at 8:30 A.M., at the Cleveland County Courthouse, 200 S. Peters Ave., Norman, Oklahoma, before Judge Stephen W. Bonner. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for distribution and discharge of the Personal Representative. The petition for distribution will be filed herein on or before the 25th day of March, 2016. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Application to Dispense with Regular Proceedings and the petition for distribution and discharge, at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioners attorney, Melvin L.
