The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, Central Mortgage Company, filed its Second Amended Petition in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, against the above stated Defendants must answer said Second Amended Petition on or before the 8th day of April, 2016, or said Second Amended Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing their interest in the following described real estate, to wit: LOT TWENTY-TWO (22), BLOCK SEVEN (7) IN WELCHS SOUTH ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO OKLAHOMA CITY, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. and a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendant, James Roach, adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage; and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the amount of $66,596.48, with applicable interest, attorneys fees and costs, for all of which judgment will be taken.
