(Published in The Norman Transcript February 25, 2016, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH JOSEPHINE DEEDS, DECEASED CASE NO. PB-2015-260-B ORDER FOR HEARING ON APPLICATION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Application of Phillip Deeds, Personal Representative of the Estate of Elizabeth Josephine Deeds, deceased, on file herein, that the terms of the Will direct the real property sold, that it is in the best interest of the Estate to sell the real property, standing in the name of the decedent, and described in said Application. Therefore, it is ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the Estate of the said Elizabeth Josephine Deeds, Deceased, appear before the Court of the County of Cleveland, State of Oklahoma, in the courtroom thereof, in the City of Oklahoma City, in said County and State, on the 7th day of March, 2016, at 8:30 o’clock a.m. of said day, then and there to show cause if any they have, why an Order as prayed for in said Application should not be granted to the said Personal Representative to sell said real property of said deceased for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition. It is the further Order of the court that copies of this Order be mailed to all heirs, devisees, legatees or guardians thereof, with postage thereon, prepaid, at their last known addresses; and that a copy of said Order to show cause be published once in some newspaper published in this county, the first publication of which notice shall be not less than ten (10) days before the time fixed for said hearing.
