PB-16-41 COMBINED NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADJUDICATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Elray Autrey, Deceased, that on the 8th day of February, 2016, a Petition for Summary Adjudication was filed by Petitioner, Barbara Autrey in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma alleging the following: That Elray Autrey (Decedent) died on the 7th day of November, 2015; That Decedent left a Last Will and Testament dated June 26, 1996; That Petitioner, Barbra Autrey of Oklahoma City, Cleveland County, Oklahoma is the surviving spouse of Elray Autrey; and That Decedents Estate has a probable value of less than $150,000. Notice is hereby given that said Petition prays for the admission of Decedents Will to probate, the issuance of Letters Testamentary to Barbara Autrey as Personal Representative, a determination of the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees, the waiver of a final accounting, and the distribution and discharge of the Estate; and that said Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge Stephen Bonner on the 21st day of March, 2015, at the hour of 8:30 oclock A.M. of said day, at the Cleveland County District Courthouse located at 200 S. Peters Avenue City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any be had, why the prayer of this Petitioner should not be granted. That any person receiving this notice or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at any time before the hearing date set forth above and failure to do so will be deemed to waive any objections to the Petition. A copy of any objections filed shall be sent to the Petitioner through her counsel of record. That the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed. Further, pursuant to 58 O.S. §246, all creditors having claims against Elray Autrey, Deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Barbara Autrey, Petitioner, c/o Gina K.
