Case No. CJ-2016-1067 NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: JEANIE RENDON PINALES; The Unknown Spouse, if any, of JEANIE RENDON PINALES; The Unknown Occupants or Residents, if any, of the Subject Property; and to the general public and all interested parties: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in an action wherein TDS Investments, LLC, was Plaintiff, and JEANIE RENDON PINALES, et al., were Defendants, directed to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Cleveland County, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma: Lot Four (4), in Block Five (5), LITTLE AXE ACRES ADDITION to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, less all oil, gas and minerals (”Property”); to satisfy the judgment and decree of foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Defendant JEANIE RENDON PINALES, in the principal sum of $16,668.36, with interest accruing on the unpaid balance at the contract rate of $5.18 per diem from September 9, 2016, until paid in full, together with the sum of $2,500.00 in attorney fees, accrued costs of $422.64, abstracting expenses in the amount of $100.00, plus appraisal expenses, plus all other costs advanced for preservation and security purposes, property taxes and insurance, if any. I will on the 4th day of January, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, in Room 200 of the Cleveland County Office Building, 201 S. Jones, Norman, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for 100% cash at time of sale, the said property above-described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorney’s fees, said sale to be subject to all real property taxes owing on said property, if any, and without warranties of title; the appraised value of said real property being the sum of $25,000.
