NO: CV-2016-3155-TS NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, Immediate and Remote, Known and Unknown, of Clyde Jones, Deceased: YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, are hereby notified that Linda Lee Rutledge and Beverly Jean Davis, as Plaintiffs, have filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, their Petition against the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, known and unknown, of Clyde Jones, Deceased, alleging that Clyde Jones, Deceased, died seized and possessed of the following described real property: Lot Twenty-Eight (28), in Block Fourteen (14), in SOUTH GATE ADDITION, Blocks 10 to 22, Inclusive, to Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. (known as: 725 SW 2nd St., Moore, OK 73160) that Defendants, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, known and unknown, of Clyde Jones, Deceased, claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiffs which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiffs title; that there has been no judicial determination of heirship of said Clyde Jones, Deceased; and praying that the Plaintiffs have judgment against the Defendants, and each of them, judicially determining the names and individual identity of each and all the persons who took, or were entitled to take, said real property under the intestate laws of succession in force at the time of the death of said deceased, and applicable to the distribution of said real property, and the proportion or part thereof that each took, or was entitled to take, as an heir of Clyde Jones, Deceased; that the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, known and unknown, of Clyde Jones, Deceased, be required to show what right, title or interest, if any, that they now have in and to said real property adverse to the right, title and interest of Plaintiffs; that they be adjudged to have no right, title, interest or estate therein, and that the title of the Plaintiffs in and to said real property be quieted against the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, known and unknown, of Clyde Jones, Deceased, and the Defendants, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right, title or interest in said real property. That said Defendants, and each of them, must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 6 day of January, 2017, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing Linda Lee Rutledge and Beverly Jean Davis, to be the owners of said real property and entitled to the possession thereof, and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein, and quieting the title of the Plaintiffs against all adverse claims of said Defendants.
