(Published in The Norman Transcript November 25, 2016, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA In the Matter of the Estate of ERIC ALAN WEISMAN, Deceased CASE NO. PB-2016-284 ORDER FOR HEARING AMENDED PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY Now, on this 18th day of November, 2016, comes Lisa Weisman, Administrator of the above Estate, having filed herein her verified Amended Petition to Sell Real Property belonging to said Estate for the reasons stated in said Amended Petition. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that said Amended Petition be, and hereby is, set for Hearing before this Court at the District Courthouse of Cleveland County in Norman, Oklahoma, on the 12th day of December, 2016, at 8:30 o’clock a.m., at which time all persons interested in the Estate of Eric Alan Weisman, Deceased, are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an Order should not be granted for the reasons stated in said Amended Petition for the sale of certain real property described as follows: Lot FORTY-ONE (41), in Block TWO (2), in the LANDING, an addition in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that a copy of this Order be mailed with postage prepaid and as provided by law to all persons interested in the Estate of the Decedent herein at their last known addresses not less than ten (10) days before the Hearing of said Petition and that a copy of this Order be published one time in some newspaper in the County, not less than ten (10) days before the time set for said Hearing.
