(Published in The Norman Transcript November 18, 25, December 2, 2016, 3t) NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Case No. CJ-2016-1306-TB THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS OF TYLER J RAY, deceased. The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, Tinker Federal Credit Union, filed its Petition in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, against the above named Defendants, THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS OF TYLER J RAY, deceased and said Defendants must answer said Petition on or before the 11th day of January, 2017, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against said Defendants IN REM establishing a lien as to the above named Defendants, and declaring a lien exists on the followign described real estate, to-wit: The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Nine (9) North, Range One (1) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma AKA LOT 2 DENVER CORNERS and a IN REM judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendants as to the above property, as to The Unknown Successors of Tyler J Ray, and adjudging that default has been made in said note and that Plaintiff has a valid, judgment lien on said real estate in the total amount of $3,289.45 together with interest after November 7, 2016, on the said sum, at the rate of 9 percent per annum until paid, and thereafter at the said interest rate, until paid, together with attorney’s fees, and all costs of this action, and declaration of judgment lien, for all which judgment will be taken.
