NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order creating drilling and spacing units so as to cover and include Sections 18 and 19, Township 6 North, Range 1 West, Cleveland and McClain County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: (a) An Order creating 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units for the Deese, Basal Pennsylvanian Unconformity, Woodford, Hunton, Sylvan, Viola and Simpson common sources of supply underlying Sections 18 and 19, Township 6 North, Range 1 West, Cleveland and McClain Counties, Oklahoma. Said 640-acre horizontal units to be formed by the governmental section, with the permitted well location for the Deese, Basal Pennsylvanian Unconformity, Hunton, Viola and Simpson common sources of supply to be at any point in such unit not closer than 660 feet from the boundary thereof; the permitted location for the Sylvan common source of supply to be at any point not closer than 330 feet from the boundary thereof; and, the permitted location for the Woodford common source of supply to be not closer than 165 feet from the north and south line and not closer than 330 feet from the east and west line of such unit. (b) Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to it signing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M., on the 5th day of December, 2016, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
