Case No. PB-2016-148 NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL REPORT AND FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL REPORT AND FINAL ACCOUNT, AND FOR FINAL DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Paula J. Collins and Phyllis L. Underwood, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Mary Alice Knapple, Deceased, had filed herein the Final Report and Final Account of the Co-Personal Representatives, and having filed the Petition for Order allowing the Final Report and Final Account, and for Decree of Distribution and Discharge of the Co-Personal Representatives, and the same has been set by the Court for hearing on the 5th day of December, 2016, at 8:30 o'clock a.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable Stephen Bonner, in the County Courthouse for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma. All persons interested in said Estate are notified that their rights in this matter and in the Estate will be finally determined at said hearing, and that they should then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Final Report and Final Account should not be finally settled and allowed as presented, and the said Estate distributed in accordance with the Final Report and laws of the State of Oklahoma for intestate succession, and the Co-Personal Representatives discharged.
