(Published in The Norman Transcript November 12, 2016, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF BILLY DAREL EDWARDS, deceased Case No. PB-2014-331 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE REGARDING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AND NOTICE OF HEARING Now on this 9th day of November, 2016, the Court, after reviewing the Petition to Sell Real Property, hereby finds and orders as follows: 1. Ruth Ann Edwards She was appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate of Billy Darel Edwards on December 1, 2014. 2. After sale of several parcels of real property, the Estate has the following remaining tract of land in Cleveland County: The surface interest only in the NE/4SE/4 & E/2E/2NW/4SE/4 of Section 20-10N-2W, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, Less and except a tract beginning at the Northeast corner of the SE/4 then West 60 feet; then South 623.81 feet; then East 10 feet; then South 696.13 feet; then East 50 feet; then North 1320 feet to point of beginning, containing 48.34 acres, more or less (hereinafter Property) 3. It appears to the court from said petition that is it necessary and in the best interest of the Estate to sell the above Property and that such sale should be done by a private sale. It is hereby ORDERED that the Petition to Sell Real Property will be heard on the 21st day of November, 2016 at 8;30 a.m. before the Hon. Judge Stephen W. Bonner, in his courtroom at the Cleveland County Courthouse in Norman, Oklahoma, where all persons in the estate may appear and show cause why an order should not be made authorizing the Personal Representative to sell the above Property at private sale.
