(Published in The Norman Transcript November 10, 15, 2016, 2t) Amended Bid Opening Date: Separate sealed bids for the Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club, Team Practice, Facilities and Course Improvements Package 3 Ransom Short Course project, located on the campus of The University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, may be submitted to the Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma at its office which is in the Office of the President, Room 119, Evans Hall, 660 Parrington Oval, The University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma 73019, no later than 2:00pm CST on November, 17th, 2016. Bids will be opened and read publicly directly thereafter in Room 213, Evans Hall. The Instructions to Bidders, Bid for Lump Sum Contract, Alternates Contract, Performance Bond, Defect Bond, Payment Bond forms and Plans and Specifications may be examined in the office of Tripp Davis and Associates, 405 E. Comanche, Norman, Oklahoma 73070. Copies may be obtained there upon payment of a Forty Dollar ($40) non-refundable deposit for one complete set. Bidders must submit each bid in the standard University of Oklahoma bidding envelope provided following the detailed instructions on the outside of that envelope and must deposit with each bid, security in the amount and form and subject to all conditions provided for in the Instructions to Bidders. In accordance with state law, bidders must also submit with each bid, an affidavit disclosing certain business affiliations and a noncollusion affidavit. A list of major subcontractors shall be submitted as stated in paragraph 2.e. of Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the following: (1) that no bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof; and (2) that it is mandatory that all bidders visit the site before submission of a bid; and (3) a pre-bid conference will be held OUs Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club Clubhouse, 1 Par Drive, Norman, Oklahoma 73019, on Thursday, October 27th, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. CST.
