The sale is being made to ELMA GONZALEZ, for the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($60,000.00) after confirmation of this sale by the Probate Division of the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma. Said sale is being made pursuant to the order of the District Court, and said Return of Sale is on file herein. The 28 day of November, 2016, at 8:30 o’clock A.M. of said day before the undersigned judge in the District Courtroom of Judge Stephen Bonner, of Cleveland County, Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Return of Sale, at which time any person interested in said Estate may appear and file his exception in writing to said Return of Sale and contest the same.
