Case No. CV-16-2770 W NOTICE BY PUBLICATION The State of Oklahoma to: THE HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, TRUSTEES AND ASSIGNS, OF RAY IDLEMAN, Deceased, and his unknown successors, if any The above name defendants (the Defendants) will take notice that in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in the above styled and numbered case, an action has been filed by Orbin Idleman, Shirley J. Jones, Sam Idleman, and Jim Idleman to quiet any right, title or interest in and to the real property described hereinbelow which you have or may claim to have, and you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiffs on file in said cause on or before December 9, 2016, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly, adjudging and decreeing that the Plaintiffs are the owners of and are in actual and peaceful possession and occupancy of, the following described real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit (the Property): A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 7, Township 7 North, Range 1 West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said quarter section 393 feet West of the Northeast Corner of said quarter section, thence West along said North line to a point where the same intersects the North or East line of the Right-of-Way of U.S. Highway Number 77, thence in a Southeasterly direction along the said North or East line of said Right-of-Way to a point directly South of the place of beginning, thence North to the place of beginning, LESS AND EXCEPT the following tract: A strip, piece or parcel of land lying in part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section 7, Township 7 North, Range 1 West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, said parcel of land being described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a point where the present Northerly right-of-way of U.S. Highway 77 intersects the North line of said SW1/4, thence S 55º 54 20 E along said right-of-way line a distance of 950.74 feet, thence N 00º 16 10 W a distance of 22.22 feet, thence N 50º 57 08 W a distance of 100.30 feet; thence N 54º 11 14 W a distance of 763.73 feet to a point on the North line of said SW1/4, thence N 89º 34 58 W along said North line a distance of 89.99 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.77 acres, being 33,601 square feet. free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances of the Defendants, and are entitled to possession thereof, and that the Defendants have no right, title, interest, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim or assessment in or to said hereinabove described real property, and further judgment determining the names and individual identities of the heirs of Ray Idleman, Deceased, and a Decree quieting and confirming the Plaintiffs title and possession thereto, as against said Defendants, and forever barring and enjoining the Defendants from any and all right, title, estate, interest or equity of redemption in and to the said lands and premises, or any part thereof.
