(Published in The Norman Transcript February 23, 2016, 1t) CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC You are hereby notified that on the 10th day of March, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at Cleveland County Courthouse, County Commissioners Meeting Room, Suite 200, 201 South Jones Street, Norman, Oklahoma 73069, a public hearing will be held in connection with proposed action of Cleveland County Home Loan Authority ("Issuer") to proceed with the financing of a certain project more particularly described herein below through the issuance of a Qualified Mortgage Revenue Bond or Bonds by the Issuer. The Authority Counsel and Hearing Officer of said Issuer, or other representative of the Issuer officially designated by the Chairman of said Issuer, shall preside at said public hearing and shall provide any interested individual with such information as may be requested concerning the Project at said time. Members of the public are invited to be present for said public hearing or to direct communications concerning the proposed Project to Cleveland County Home Loan Authority, c/o R. Lindsay Bailey, Esq., The Law Offices of Bailey & Poarch, 301 East Eufaula, Norman, Oklahoma 73069. The Issuer has taken official action to authorize the confirmation and validation of its tax-exempt and/or taxable Qualified Mortgage Revenue Bond or Bonds (the Bonds) in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $40,000,000, in one or more series to be issued for the purpose of financing Single Family Owner Occupied Residences, Qualified Rehabilitation and Home Improvement Loans for low to moderate income residents of Cleveland County (the Project). In taking official action for the authorization of the issuance of said Bond or Bonds for the implementation of the Project, the Issuer has determined that the Project will expand and promote the County of Clevelands economic base by improving and expanding the quality and availability of housing for the citizens of Cleveland County and in connection therewith making available to such citizens means for adequately financing such housing by mortgage loans at reasonable rates of interest that will further Cleveland Countys high quality of life and is within the purposes for which the Issuer was created. The revenue bond or revenue bonds, if and when issued, shall be the limited obligation of the Issuer in that the Issuer shall pledge as security for the payment of debt service for the bond or bonds revenues and security instruments. The issuance of the Bonds shall not create any debt of Cleveland County, any political subdivision of the State of Oklahoma or of the Issuer, except for the limited obligation of the Issuer as described above.
