Case No. CJ-2010-474 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: Charter Funding, an Unincorporated Association, or if a Corporation, whether it continues to have legal existence or not, its registered agent, officers, or successors; Spouse, if any of Humu Hawah Kabba and Unknown Heirs, Successors and Assigns of Humu Hawah Kabba, Deceased, if living or if dead, the names or whereabouts of said Defendant(s)’ unknown successors, if any. TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-BNC2, in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before December 12, 2016, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: LOT ONE (1), BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18), RIVENDELL SECTION FIVE, TO OKLAHOMA CITY, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AS SHOWN BY THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
