TOGETHER WITH THE MANUFACTURED HOME DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS WHICH IS AFFIXED AND ATTACHED TO THE LAND AND IS PART OF THE REAL PROPERTY: 2001 OAKWOOD 1005, VIN: H0TX08810545AB; subject to unpaid taxes, assessments, advancements by Plaintiff of taxes, insurance premiums, expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, and prior security interests in fixtures, if any, said property having been appraised at $50,000.
