(Published in The Norman Transcript October 21, 2016, 1t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS County Bid #SHE-1779 Notice is hereby given that Cleveland County will accept bids on the following: One (1) Year Non-Encumbered Contract to provide Inmate Food, Laundry and Commissary Services to the Cleveland County Detention Center. The bid term will be from January 1, 2017 thru December 31, 2017, with the option to renew up to two (2) years on an annual basis. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is part of the bid requirements. Bid documents with specifications may be picked up from the County Purchasing Department, located at 201 S. Jones, Suite 250, Norman, Okla., between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, November 4, 2016, and will be opened 1:00 P.M., Monday, November 7, 2016, during the County Commissioners meeting held at 201 S.
