STAT. §240 Notice is hereby given to all heirs-at-law of Nellie Anna Hancock, Deceased (Decedent), that on the 17th day of October, 2016, John H. Hancock (Petitioner) filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma a Petition praying that Letters of Administration be issued to Petitioner without the requirement of bond, that the identity of all heirs-at-law of Decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers or consents as permitted by law, and that the Petitioner be relieved from the duty of returning to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the Estate of Decedent. Pursuant to an Order of the Court, notice is given that the 7th day of November, 2016, at 8:30 a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition, before the Honorable Stephen W.
