(Published in The Norman Transcript October 20, 2016, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE HEATH, DECEASED. Case No. PB-2015-179 Judge Stephen W. Bonner ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING APPLICATION FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AND EMPLOYMENT OF REAL ESTATE BROKER (58 O.S. §412) Sarah J. Church, the duly appointed and acting Personal Representative of captioned estate (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Representative”), having filed herein a verified application for an Order authorizing and directing Personal Representative to sell the certain Real Property of the estate more particularly described as follows, Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2) of Brookhaven 9th Addition to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma according to the recorded plat thereof; having a street address of 4107 Northhampton Drive, Norman, Oklahoma 73072 (the “Real Property”) in one parcel for cash at private sale to the highest bidder; and further authorizing Personal Representative to engage the services of one or more licensed real estate brokers in the community to facilitate the sale and allowing, as compensation for said real estate brokers, the reasonable and customary percentage compensation charged by licensed real estate brokers in the community, not exceeding six percent (6%) of the sales price of the Real Property, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that it is in the best interest of the estate that the Real Property be sold, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application be and it is hereby set for hearing before the undersigned Judge of the District Court in this Judge’s District Courtroom at the Cleveland County Courthouse at 200 South Peters Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma, on the 7th day of November, 2016, at 8:30 o’clock a.m. when and where the heirs-at-law of Christine Heath, deceased and all other persons interested in the Estate of Christine Heath, deceased may appear and show cause, if any they have, why an Order should not be made, for the reasons and purposes set forth in the Application and as the undersigned shall judge to be fro the best interest of said estate, authorizing and directing Personal Representative to sell the above described Real Property in one parcel for cash at private sale to the highest bidder; and further authorizing Personal Representative to engage the services of one or more licensed real estate brokers in the community to facilitate the sale and allowing, as compensation for said real estate brokers, the reasonable and customary percentage compensation charged by licensed real estate brokers in the community, not exceeding six percent (6%) of the sales price of the Real Property. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the hearing be given by mailing a copy of this Order and Notice of Hearing to each of the heirs-at-law of the decedent whose addresses are known and to any guardian of any ward who is an heir-at-law of the decedent whose address is known, with postage thereon prepaid, not less than ten days prior to the date of the hearing, and that a copy of this Order and Notice Hearing shall be published in one issue of a newspaper published in this county at least ten days before said hearing, all as required by law.
