MASSENGALE, a/k/a TAMMY LOU STULL; You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2016-17 TB, styled VICTOR E. COLLETT, et al., Plaintiffs, V. DARRELL D. MASSENGALE, et al., Defendants, alleging that Plaintiffs are entitled to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the real property situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY. A part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eight (8) North, Range One (1) East of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE/Corner of the SW1/4 of said Section 17; Thence S 00º4751 E a distance of 760.76 feet for a point of beginning; Thence S 00º4751 E a distance of 240.00 feet; thence S 89º45 W a distance of 352.76 feet; Thence N 02º2111 W a distance of 240.14 feet; Thence N 89º45 E a distance of 359.26 feet to the point of beginning. Said Plaintiffs Petition, alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property, adverse to the Plaintiffs, which constitutes a cloud on the title to the above-described real property; and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property.
