(Published in The Norman Transcript October 10, 2016, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NATHAN MURRAY, Deceased. Case No. PB-2016-275 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AT LAW, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND WAIVER OF THE FILING OF AN INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Nathan Murray that on the 16th day of September, 2016, Marie L. Whatley produced and filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament (the “Will”) of Nathan Murray (the “Deceased”), and that such entity also filed in the Court her Petition for Probate of Will, Appointment of Executor, Determination of Heirs at Law, Devisees and Legatees, and Waiver of the Filing of an Inventory and Appraisement (the “Petition”) praying in part (i) that the Court determine the identity of all heirs at law, devisees and legatees of Deceased, and any guardian or conservator of any minor or incompetent heir at law, devisee or legatee of Deceased for the purposes of filing waivers or consents herein by any of such persons as permitted by law; (ii) that the Will be admitted to probate as Deceased’s Last Will and Testament; (iii) that Letters Testamentary be issued thereunder to Marie Whatley to serve as Executor without bond; and (iv) that the Court enter an order stating that the Executor shall not be required to make and return to the Court an inventory and appraisement of Deceased’s Estate. Pursuant to an order of this Court, notice is hereby given that the 24th day of October, 2016 at 8:30 a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition and approving the Will at the courtroom of the undersigned Judge of the District Court in the County Courthouse in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
