KRISTI GASSAWAY; et al., Defendants. Case No. CJ-2016-677 AMENDED NOTICE BY PUBLICATION STATE OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY OF CLEVELAND SS: TO: Pride 34 Homeowner’s Association. TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Plaintiff, 21st Mortgage Corporation, in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2016-677, and you must answer the Petition and Amended Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before November 21, 2016, or the allegations of said Petition and Amended Petition will be taken as true, and an IN REM ONLY judgment will be rendered against you foreclosing your interest in the real estate, awarding to the Plaintiff a first Mortgage lien upon the following-described real estate situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma to-wit: Lot Fifteen (15), Block Three (3), PRIDE ADDITION #34, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. and 2007 REDMAN BROOKHOLLOW MOBILE HOME VIN: 124000H011720AB (the “Property”) foreclosing said mortgage lien and ordering the subject real property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff shall elect at the time judgment is rendered; all of which you will take due notice.
